A veteran TV, film and stage actor, best known for his role as Lamont in the 1970s sitcom “Sanford and Son,”…and most recently from the show “Girlfriends.”…Demond and Cicely, his wife of 35 years, have six kids together…and he is also the founder and CEO of Restoration House, a non-profit organization that gives spiritual guidance and vocational training to former prison inmates… AND he recently wrote the book “Second Banana: The Bitter Sweet Memoirs of 'Sanford and Son'
